To request a change or update to your email address, please follow the steps below:
1. If you still have access to the email currently registered with your MV account, please either open a ticket via the live chat located on our website or alternatively, send an email to [email protected] from that email address. In your email, kindly specify your request for an email change/update.
2. If you no longer have access to the email associated with your MV account, we will need to verify your identity before proceeding with the request. To do this, please provide us with a valid identification document (ID) and a selfie of yourself. You can send these documents securely through our live chat support. In addition we may ask for further supporting information. Once we have successfully verified your identity, we will proceed with the email change/update.
