If your simulated prop trading account is breached, it is no longer available for payouts, even if it was in a profitable state. Whether the breach occurred due to Daily or Maximum Drawdown, the MVFunded trading account you were managing will be closed, and any simulated profits will be forfeited. At MVFunded, we do not provide payouts as a reward for successful simulated trading after breaching an demo account. This policy applies to instances of contract termination or violation of our Terms of Service as well.

Please note this rules also applies to traders who breach their trading account whilst a requested payout is pending.
